Read more at Pune: The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babiš flagged off a new research and development facility as part of the Volkswagen Group's India 2.0 plan that calls for an Rs 2000-crore investment in R&D. 
This is the first step in the group's Euro 1 billion (Rs 7900 crore) commitment to the Indian market as part of its next phase in the country.
